NSW and VIC are live now — WA and SA are next, or see everything at once on the main Rebates page.

Where do most QLD rebates actually get applied for?

Most go through the Queensland Government’s own energy and housing portals directly, though household resilience grants are usually handled by your local council instead.

Do Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast all get the same rebates?

Statewide programs apply everywhere in Queensland. Council-run concessions can differ by area, which is why we split things out by metro where it actually matters.

I live in regional Queensland, not one of the metro areas listed — does this still apply to me?

Statewide schemes generally do, and cyclone-related resilience grants are often targeted specifically at regional and coastal council areas. We’re still building out coverage for smaller regional councils.

How is this different from the main Rebates page?

This page only shows QLD-specific and QLD-eligible programs. The main Rebates page covers every state we track — handy if you’re comparing states or about to move.
